Care Instructions:

If the tutu becomes wrinkled, simply comb through the tutu with your hand and shake out.  Spot cleaning is recommended.  If you need to clean the whole tutu however, hand wash in cold water or on a delicate cylce.  Hang dry.

Shipping:

Shipping to the continental US is usually between $5-$10 for small orders, actual shipping costs will be shown to you during the checkout process.  Tutus usually ship between 1-2 weeks.  If you need a tutu sooner contact us before ordering.  Please be aware that Firefly Tutus is NOT responsible for lost packages once they have been shipped.  We do ship internationally, but please contact us prior to ordering for shipping rates.

Return Policy:

Since our tutus are custom made, all sales are final.  We cannot accept returns or give refunds.  However if what is shipped is not what you ordered, we will gladly accept a return, and ship the replacement to you at no cost.  Please contact us within 4 days of receiving your tutu to exchange.

Safety Warning:

Please be aware that tulle is a flammable fabric.  Use caution when using our products.

Tie Ends:

For a special look you can select to have the ends of each strand of the tutu tied for a little more ragged look.
